Well; it does not look like we are getting much support from the Trump Administration!
The following arguments are presented to the U.S. Supreme Court by the Solicitor General:

Whoops; my bad; I have been corrected. This was the reply from the Oregon State Solicitor General. Whew; I was taking a heavy loss on that!
These are the arguments we would expect from the officials we are up against.
Perhaps the Trump Administration will come in on our side after all.

Hello Dave,
I hope you are doing well and that your adventures have been exciting. Your first post was disappointing, but the second gives me hope. I think their argument stinks and hope the Court will agree.
