Small-scale Miners Are Going to the U.S. Supreme Court Again!

Post by Dave Mack » Wed Jan 29, 2020 2:34 am

ACTION ALERT: When I made the statement in last month’s newsletter that we would be making another attempt at having our situation heard in the U.S. Supreme Court, I did not know it would happen so soon.

Who can stay in a fight for 15+ years? Only Americans that are determined to hold onto freedom!

We have already lost in the Oregon and California Supreme Courts. Fortunately, there is the original Oregon case that has been ongoing since the beginning and is now being Petitioned to the U.S. Supreme Court. We have not yet raised enough money to fully pay for the services of a very prestigious law firm that must file an Amicus (friend of the Court) briefing on or before the 3rd of this February. We intend to pay for it even if the money must come out of the pockets of just a few dedicated supporters! Timing is good for raising money because our ongoing drawing of Gold & Silver Eagles will happen on the 14th of this February.

Our January newsletter & Action Alert provide details, including links to the Petition and a Summary of the 15+ year battle which Oregon State officials and environmentalists have put small-scale miners through to try and wear us down. It provides good insight about what we are up against in the nationwide politics of today. You can find it all right here:
