DFWs list of "No Dredging Anytime" waterways.

Post by Wiggler » Tue Apr 09, 2019 5:08 pm

This "might" be old info to some here but to me it was new info .
Below is some info that I got from the Calif. Waterboard yesterday . After looking at the list of waterways for Trinity county, it appears that MOST areas will be off limits to dredging even if they legalize it again . Its no surprise that both of my claims fall under "Classification A " Class A means NO DREDGING ANYTIME. Other classifications ( B, C , D etc ) would allow dredging at different times during the year .

Below is a portion of the email that I got yesterday including the link to the list of waterway designations.

Read it and weep. Gotta love Kaliforniastan : /

The list of waterbodies prohibited by DFW are already specified in the California Code of Regulations Title 14, Division 1, Subdivision 1, Chapter 8, Section 228.5, see link below (specifically class A waterbodies, where no dredging is permitted anytime)

Boy that's a lot of BS there might as well say all rivers and streams are off limits
Just a old grunt with a Gold Duster dry washer and a 6" mini power sluice and a bucket of dreams

Just another reason why we need to divide from Kalifornistan .

Check out newcalifrnia.com I love the concept of the Jefferson state BUT they are not approaching it in a Constitutional method. I HOPE that we can divide from OLD California.

Newcalifornia.com is taking the Constitutional approach . Just like West Virginia did .

I am a 6th generation Californian . ....... pre gold rush ..... ( William Knight descendant ) If we can divide .... we can have our rights back . Please check out newcalifornia.com Please join .

Yes it is ! Sorry I missed a few letter there in the address : / I would LOVE to see this get some traction ! Its the same sort of thing as Jefferson BUT , Jefferson isnt going about things in a Constitutional manner , that is why they lose in court every time . New California IS going about it based upon our Constitution.

Thanks for the correction Joe.

So if this goes through, can we dredge any 49ers claims?
