Re: Face Mask Safety from OSHA
Funny Joe. I was thinking of one possibly better to get a point across. I still have my full face silicone mask complete with Hg filters. I was thinking of putting it on and making a sign to wear that said, "Now This Is Protection".

Re: highbanking rules
Thanks for posting their reply Jim. Now there can be no question if it is legal or not and miners don't have to keep guessing and asking others. Miners will never overcome this travesty unless and until they realize what our enemies have already discovered and used; it involves organization and pers...

My poor old brain says that the pump is part of the operation, so th...

The passing of a dear friend
I am posting this at the request of Rusty. Montine lost her fight on 5/23 with the cancer that kept her out of the office for the last year. She fought to the very end but was just out matched. Thank you everyone that donated, called and specifically the friends that were able to visit with her. She...

Re: Water Boards Adopted Permit Scheme
Jim my friend, I did not write what I wrote to discourage anyone. It was written in the hope that people that have not been a part of this process before, or involved in the previous battles would not be "blind-sided" in their efforts to fight against unjust regulations. Nothing is more discouraging...

Re: Water Boards Adopted Permit Scheme
This is an afterthought, but I thought I would post it. I'll give you a short version and then a longer one to give an example. The short version is simply this: It is not only alright, but acceptable and lawful to agency officials to lie. Longer version: Back in 2004-2005 when we miners were fighti...
