BOHMKER v OR.: WIN 1/2 LB. OF GOLD DRAWINGS

FRIENDS EVERYWHERE: In order to help raise the funds necessary for the Waldo & Galice Mining Districts of SW OR. to stay in the fight against Oregon's SB 3 (now on Petition in the U.S. Supreme Court), and the unlawful DEQ Dredge Permit (now awaiting Decision by the Oregon Supreme Court), the WESTER...

Re: New Precision dredge pumps and misc. used dredge equipment

Precision; I am looking for a short piece of 8" hose, say in the 6-10 ft. range - but needs to still be flexible. Also looking for shorter pieces (8") say 2-3 ft. lengths. Hose will be used as splice sleeves for siphon dredge system.

ORJim: I'm not sure which video you watched (with adjustable legs),or what you are using for legs. I assume though that your legs are adjustable. Although there are probably many ways to make legs adjustable, many including myself use legs made of square metal tubing that pass through a slightly lar...

BOHMKER v OREGON (SB-3): PETITION FILED IN U.S. SUPREME COURT

IMPORTANT: BOHMKER v OREGON challenges Oregon's prohibition on "all motorized in-stream placer mining equipment" in most gold-bearing streams. Since 2015 we have worked our way through the Federal courts and have finally reached the one court that can save in-stream mining (in OR & CA): THE U.S. SU...

BOHMKER v OREGON: LETTER WRITING CAMPAIGN

IMMEDIATE HELP NEEDED: A couple years ago when the RINEHART case was appealed to the United States Supreme Court, the court asked the U.S. Solicitor General if RINEHART should be heard. The Solicitor General recommended that the case NOT be heard... as some of the issues were less than clear (such a...

Re: Hello from Oregon here

kvertner: I highly doubt anyone will bother you if all you are doing is panning. You CAN pan in the live stream IF the material came from the stream (i.e.; from underwater). IF you are panning material from shore, then DEQ wants you to pan in a tub or puddle (but not in the live stream). DEQ is tell...

CORRECT... SB 3 REPEALED ALL OF SB 838; and all SB 3 does is prohibit "in-stream motorized mining" in ESH streams

Re: The Battle in Oregon - Update

Oregon 101: Not sure what you mean by "Tromel material from a water bank ". If you mean from right at the water's edge, that's frowned on even if all processing is done onshore with holding ponds... as it supposedly de-stabilizes the banks. If you mean trommeling material far enough away from the wa...
